Biography

Michelle Rachmaninow is a highly respected paralegal based in Detroit with over a decade of experience in complex legal cases. Michelle has been qualified to provide expert paralegal services by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Her expertise in managing intricate cases has made her a sought-after resource in the legal community.

Michelle has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section since 2019.  Michelle has served as a council member since 2020 and held the position of Chair from 2021 to 2023.

In 2020, Michelle joined the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel Project and has been an active member of two capital defense teams.

Additionally, she is a dedicated member of the Paralegal Advisory Board for Macomb Community College, where she helps shape the future of the paralegal profession.
